Barefoot Resort reports strong sales
New home sales and resales at Barefoot Resort & Golf in North Myrtle Beach have been strong, reports Centex Homes Myrtle Beach Division.
In fiscal year 2005, Centex Homes sold 374 new villas and townhomes with a sales volume of $78 million at Barefoot.
“Since Centex Homes started the Barefoot Resort project in 2001, we’ve sold just under 2,000 new villas, townhomes and single-family homes there,” said Ken Balogh, Centex Homes Myrtle Beach Division president.
“Currently, we’re completely sold out of single-family homes, so customers looking to buy into the Barefoot lifestyle have been snapping up our villas and townhomes.”
